Payments are generally collected at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made. Once we establish a regular meeting time, I reserve that as your time in my calendar, and you can expect that we will generally meet at the same time each week. Sessions cancelled without 48 hours notice will be billed to you at the regular rate. I accept payment by cash, check or credit card (excluding American Express).

For clinic-referred consultations, sessions are 60-90 minute couples sessions with both partners present. I will complete a brief report outlining the topics covered and forward a copy to the referring physician.
Please review your health insurance benefits before contacting me. You will need to ask about your in- and out-of-network benefits for behavioral health, your deductible (and if it has been met), and any co-insurance or co-payments. I am a preferred (or "contracted") provider with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, Pacific Source, and First Choice Health/Health Care Direct.
I will bill directly to insurance. You will pay me any amount remaining on your deductible plus co-insurance and co-payments.
